Dan is passionate about helping others achieve success. He has supported thousands of individuals throughout his career spanning several organizations across multiple industries. After starting his career as an Industrial Engineer in the steel industry, Dan changed his career trajectory and moved through challenging HR generalist, specialist, and leadership roles at organizations across multiple industries, and he spent the last 15 years of his career in senior and executive level HR roles at Highmark, PNC Bank and Koppers.

After experiencing the tremendous value professional coaching can have on one's career, Dan completed the rigorous nine-month Coach Development Program at the Teleos Leadership Institute and attained an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach certification. While coaching remains an unregulated profession, ICF certification demonstrates a commitment to professional coaching through a demonstrated mastery of robust coaching competencies and observance of a formal code of ethics.

Dan taps into his diverse experiences with public and privately owned companies, global and domestic organizations, union and non-union workforces, for-profit and not-for-profit entities, and corporate and field cultures to help organizations and individuals at all levels achieve success. His ability to actively listen and then ask powerful questions challenges clients in ways they never imagined.​
